Remember that the primary Akimbo Card cardholder should activate any sub-account cards, since it will require the primary Akimbo Card cardholder's personal information.
To activate a sub-account card, the primary Akimbo Card cardholder can login to their account and click the "Activate" button under the "Sub-Cards" menu tab of the dashboard.
You can also call 1-855-9-AKIMBO (1-855-925-4626) and activate your sub-account card over the phone. You will need to verify the primary Akimbo Card cardholder's date of birth, Social Security Number, and other personal information.
All personal information, including date of birth, Social Security Number, address, email, and telephone listed on the sub-account will be that of the primary Akimbo Card cardholder.
