Generally, you can use your Akimbo Now Card everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
Some cards may be restricted at certain merchants, merchant categories or locations by the sponsor organization who provided you with and/or loaded your card.
In addition, some cards may not permit cash access or ATM withdrawals. If your card does not permit cash access, then you will not be able to use the card at ATMs or to receive cash back at merchants. If a transaction including cash back was declined at a merchant, you may want to attempt the purchase without the cash back request.
If you attempted a transaction and it was declined, you should first ensure that your card has been activated and that your card account has a sufficient balance to cover the transaction. You may want to visit the following article to troubleshoot your transaction decline.
If you still cannot determine why a transaction was declined, you can contact customer service at cs@akimbocard.com or 1-855-449-2273. You can also contact the sponsor organization who provided you with and/or loaded your card to see if there are any merchant or cash access restrictions on your card.
