Collecting a Virtual Card or Redeem Code

If you received a link to collect a virtual card or redeem code by email or text, take a look at the information below to help guide you along the collection process.

When you select the link received, you will be taken to the "Redeem Card" or “Collect Card” page (the page you see is dependent on how your virtual card was issued to you). You will need to complete all fields shown in the screenshot(s) below.

Notes:

• If you are presented with the “Redeem Code” page, the “Redeem Code” field should be prefilled. If it is, do not change the code. If it is not, please enter the “Redeem Code” provided to you by the organization issuing you the card. 
• Checkboxes:
  • The first three checkboxes for “E-sign,” “Cardholder Agreement,” and “Sunrise Banks Privacy Policy” are required to be checked.
    • You must click the link and read the documents before you will be able to check the box.
    • If you do not check each of the three boxes, it will prevent you from continuing on.
  • The last checkbox related to enrolling in text alerts is optional. If you choose not to enroll in this feature, it will not prevent you from continuing on.  

Once all of the information has been entered on the screen above and you select “Finish”, you will see the “Verify Your Account” page.

After you enter the verification code and select "Verify", you will be taken to your dashboard where you will be able to view your virtual card information. 

Notes: 

• If the verification code is sent by email, you must check your email using a new window/tab or a different device. If you close the “Verify Your Account” page, you will have to begin the process again. 
• The code sent expires after 20 minutes. If the 20 minutes pass, you will need to request a new code. 
• If multiple codes are requested, only the most recent code sent will work. If any of the previous codes are entered, it will result in an error indicating the code entered is invalid.
