If your account allows for a physical card to be issued, you will see the “Send Physical Card” option when logged into your account here as shown in the screenshot below.
If you do not see the “Send Physical Card” option, your account does not have the option for a physical card to be issued. This is typically because the sponsor providing you with the card does not allow for physical cards to be issued.
