You have a few options to activate your physical card.
- Register your card for online access using this link. The registration process will automatically activate your card for you. Additionally, the registration process allows you to update your account information and view your card balance and transactions.
- Call the toll-free number found either on the registration sticker on your card or printed on the back of your card. You can use our automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or choose to speak with a representative to assist you with the process.
- If the card you are attempting to activate is a sub-card, log in to your account here, select the sub-card you would like to activate, then choose the “Activate Card” option.
