The ability to load personal funds onto your card depends on the type of card that you have and the sponsor providing it to you. Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement received with your card for functionality specific to your card.
Our cards are typically loaded by the sponsor providing you with the card. The timing of when these funds will be loaded will depend on the organization. We recommend you contact them directly to confirm load timing. You can also check your balance using one of the methods outlined here.

- If your card allows direct deposits, you will see the Direct Deposit option when logged into your account here. When you select the Direct Deposit option, the account and routing numbers will display.

The Direct Deposit must be in the same name as is listed on your cardholder account.
- Sub-cardholders cannot receive direct deposits on their sub-card, nor can primary cardholders receive direct deposits on their primary card for one of their sub-cardholders.
