You have many options to check the balance on your card account.
- Log in to your account here. If you haven’t registered your card yet and would like to be able to check your balance online, choose the option to register your card.
- Important Note: If you received a card that requires your personal information be entered, i.e. social security number, date of birth, etc., you will be prompted to provide that information when registering your card. If you do not want to provide that information, please use another option below to check your balance.
- Scan the QR code below. You will be asked to enter your card number and the CVV and your balance will be displayed.
- Call the toll-free number printed on the back of your card. You can use our automated system or choose to speak with a representative to assist you with the process.
