Not all accounts allow you to send money to a bank account. If you do not see the “Manage Banks” option on your account, you do not have the option to send money to a bank account. This is typically because the sponsor providing you with the card does not allow for money to be sent in this way.
If your account does allow you to send money to a bank account, follow the steps below.
Linking a Bank Account
- Log into your account here.
- Choose the "Manage Banks" option.
- Read the information provided on the "Add Bank" page before selecting "Get Started".
- When you select the "Get Started" option, you will be connected with Finicity, which will prompt you to log in to your bank account so your account can be linked.
Note: If your account has the option to link a bank account, but you are receiving an error when attempting to link it, please contact us by calling the toll-free number printed on the back of your card and choosing the option to speak with a representative.
Sending Money to a Linked Bank Account
- Log into your account here.
- Choose the "Withdraw" option on your dashboard.
